Following a headline set at Kran Beograd, the Shared Frequencies project shifts from the club into discussion on April 2, with an online panel exploring the cultural and structural aspects of the UK and Serbian electronic music scenes.
The panel brings together leading female voices from the UK and Serbia to examine how different cultural landscapes shape the way music is made, learned, and experienced. Headlined by global house music icon Sam Divine (UK), the discussion also features EXIT Festival favourite and Serbian scene leader Lanna, alongside rising talent Tamara Kezz. The conversation is moderated by Jennifer Cochrane (UK).
Combining a globally established perspective with voices from one of Europe’s most dynamic and fast-growing scenes, the session highlights contrasts between the UK’s industry infrastructure and Serbia’s community-driven momentum. From international touring circuits to grassroots development, the panel will explore how artists in each context build their sound, access opportunities, and carve out their own paths.
At its core, Shared Frequencies is about exchange, highlighting both the differences and the shared energy that connect artists across borders, while celebrating the strength of women shaping electronic music today.
The webinar begins at 8:00 PM CET on April 2 and will be streamed on the EXIT Festival YouTube channel. Audience members are invited to submit questions in advance to exitfoundation@exitfest.org by April 1.
