Since 1971, the Camargo Foundation has awarded residencies to more than 1,500 individuals through its flagship program.

Call for applications now open for residencies in fall 2027 and spring 2028!

Find out now about the eligibility and residency conditions of the Camargo Fellowship, the Camargo Foundation’s flagship program, created in 1971 by Jerome Hill. The Camargo Fellowship offers 10-week residencies for research, experimentation and reflection. These residencies are open to established or mid-career artists, scholars and thinkers from diverse backgrounds.

The call for applications is available online and open from July 2nd to September 30th, 2026, for residencies in fall 2027 and spring 2028.
