Representatives from Serbia Creates together with the partners from UMPAKI and Banja Luka City met in Banja Luka in the framework of the third activity of the Regional Creative Network (Creative Industries Network Western Balkans) – which consists of creative spaces, organizations, and initiatives from the region’s countries.
The network was founded on the initiative of Ložionica and Serbia Creates in June in Belgrade, where the first network meeting took place. The second meetup was held on the margins of the Fourth Forum – International Forum for Creative Industries in Skopje, North Macedonia, under the theme “Innovation and Creativity as Capital in the Creative Economy.”
The central theme of the meeting was future activities and collaborative initiatives. This gathering took the form of a think tank, fostering regular discussions and agreements among the project partners.
Creative industries Network Western Balkans is supported by UNESCO, through the “Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans” (CC4WBs), a project funded by the European Union that aims to foster dialogue in the Western Balkans by enhancing the cultural and creative sectors for increased socio-economic impact.
